As the country's premier sports platform, we aim to promote domestic sports and players who often go unnoticed. We are seeking a passionate individual with a deep understanding of various sports, excellent research skills, and the ability to craft engaging articles and news pieces. The ideal candidate will have the ability to remotely interact with players, federations, and organizations to gather information and promote our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and write high-quality sports news and articles
  2. Interview sportsmen and relevant stakeholders in different circumstances
  3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of player profiles
  4. Work closely with the news team, photographers, and editors
  5. Report live or real-time transmissions of news/information during important events
  6. Build contacts to maintain a flow of news
  7. Investigate stories via contacts, press releases, and other media
  8. Create and publish news on our content management system
  9. Post social media updates and respond to comments and engagements

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and interest in various sports
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems
