About this Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Guidance Specialist. As part of our international education sector, you will have the opportunity to guide students in achieving their academic goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting initial consultations with students interested in studying abroad, assisting them in selecting the right country, course, and university, and supporting them with documentation such as applications, personal statements, and references.

You will also be responsible for maintaining client records, following up on leads, and staying current with updates from universities and embassies.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong interest in international education and student support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct first-level consultations with students interested in studying abroad

  • Guide students in choosing the right country, course, and university

  • Maintain client records and follow up on leads

  • Stay current with updates from universities and embassies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Social Sciences preferred)

  • 0-1 year of relevant experience (internships welcome)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Friendly, professional, and eager to learn

  • Strong interest in international education and student support
