Settlements Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the execution and settlement of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in back office operations, banking settlements, and experience working in banks or non-banking financial institutions.

1. Supervise money market trades and their settlement processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
2. Manage equity market trades, collaborating with internal departments to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
3. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including bank trustees, front office teams, and back office staff, to maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
4. Collaborate with auditors to maintain accurate records and adherence to regulatory requirements.
5. Foster strong relationships with brokers and counterparties to facilitate efficient transaction processing.
