**Job Description**
This role involves working closely with the District Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive annual district plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and implementing digital training programs and content at the district level.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local issues, organizational dynamics, and social and cultural constraints. Strong facilitation and management skills are essential, as well as experience in supervising, training, coaching, and mentoring staff.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and execute the annual district plan.
- Track and implement digital training programs and content at the district level.
- Create, review, and update training content; ensure proper offline and online documentation.
- Monitor program implementation, provide quality improvement input, and address gaps.
- Lead and facilitate training events, manage the district program team, and build capacity.
- Utilize blended learning approaches, including e-learning modules, and ensure training quality and certification.
- Conduct field visits to monitor program quality and prepare timely progress reports.
- Address issues, provide support, and implement a feedback system to enhance training methods.
- Coordinate with the District Manager for smooth training implementation.
- Support program and district staff in training, capacity building, and advocacy activities.
- Evaluate training activities, reinforce capacities, and build partnerships.
- Collaborate with other departments and manage district-level liaison activities, including with government officials and stakeholders.
- Assist with volunteer management activities and ensure effective record-keeping and data management.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding and PSEA policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have a Master's/Bachelor's in Social Sciences/Gender Studies/Education/Economics and 3-5 years of experience in training facilitation and implementation within the education sector. A strong background in district management, capacity building, and quality assurance is essential.
