Education Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Education Consultant to join our team at Idara-E-Taleem-O-Aaghi, Pakistan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing learning and training needs of students and teachers regarding conceptual, skills, comprehension, communication, and professional development.

In addition, the candidate will evaluate teaching styles and methods in current practice through observation in all cluster schools, undertake extensive reviews of course books and syllabi, and plan content and strategies to deliver devised content effectively.

Other responsibilities include coordinating teacher training programmes, developing effective feedback methods for evaluation of training programmes, introducing and developing teaching aids, and facilitating parental involvement with academic and behavior issues of children.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Urdu software e.g. InPage, ability to supervise support staff including drivers, and documentation skills e.g. record keeping, inventory.

Responsibilities
  • Develop learning and training needs of students and teachers.
