We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our social media engagement and digital communication efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans for social media, push notifications, and in-app stories to ensure consistent engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Digital Channel Management: Develop and execute communication plans to meet business objectives.
  • Performance Optimization: Meet and maintain critical metrics such as SLA, CSAT, and Social Sentiment.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze social media trends using analytical tools and prepare detailed reports.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to user interactions, fostering trust and loyalty to enhance brand reputation.
  • Content Creation: Design engaging and trend-oriented content, including memes and relevant materials, to increase audience interaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints effectively, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams using project management tools to streamline processes and ensure seamless execution of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Community Management. Key skills include:

  • Strong content creation capabilities; experience in meme marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, with a flair for customer interaction.

A proactive, organized, and articulate individual with the ability to perform under pressure is required. Flexibility is also essential, with a willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
