We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Link Building & Guest Posting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-quality websites, initiating contact, pitching content ideas, and securing successful guest post placements.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify relevant websites for guest posting opportunities
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to secure link-building partnerships
  • Pitch article topics tailored to each target site's audience and guidelines
  • Negotiate guest posting terms, pricing, and placement details with website owners
  • Manage outreach tracking and follow-ups using CRM/spreadsheet tools
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure timely delivery of approved topics
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with webmasters and partners
  • Track the success of outreach campaigns and report key performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO outreach, guest posting, or link-building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Hunter.io, Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, or similar
  • Understanding of SEO, domain authority metrics, and quality content evaluation
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up habits and task tracking
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently
