Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for expanding our clientele through the development and execution of effective sales strategies. This will involve negotiating and closing deals with clients, conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, promoting our company's products/services, preparing sales contracts, and maintaining accurate records of sales and revenue.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Review requirements and place initial bids to secure new business opportunities.
  • Review RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs shared by clients, understand the document, and submit proposals accordingly.
  • Utilize online lead generation platforms such as Upwork to secure new clients and drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a strong focus on building long-term relationships and meeting minimum sales targets in USD per month.
  • Prepare sales contracts, adhering to law-established rules and guidelines while ensuring seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, informing our business development efforts and product/service offerings.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar domain, preferably in customer support or sales-related roles.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Ability to close deals and meet minimum sales target in USD per month.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Bitrix 24).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • BS/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
