Merchandising Leader - Women's Fashion

This is a challenging opportunity to develop and execute a category strategy that drives commercial success and seasonal performance.

  • Lead seasonal line planning and category strategy for all women's wear segments.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and buying teams to create a well-balanced assortment aligned with brand direction and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales, stock, and market trends to identify opportunities and propose necessary actions.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to shelf, ensuring timely delivery and product relevance.
  • Coordinate closely with retail and e-commerce teams to ensure product visibility and sell-through.
  • Monitor competitor activity and conduct regular benchmarking.
  • Drive pricing, margin planning, and SKU rationalization for optimum profitability.
  • Present category performance reports and business insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, preferably in premium or designer women's wear.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and category dynamics.
  • Proven track record of handling seasonal planning, product lifecycle, and sales forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and analytics.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
