As a sales and order conversion executive, you will be responsible for converting incoming leads into confirmed orders. Ideal candidates should be confident, possess strong communication skills, and be motivated to earn through performance-based incentives.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Engaging with potential customers through various channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or phone
- Following up on leads until the order is confirmed
- Maintaining daily reporting of leads and conversions
- Designing simple posts or stories for products/offers using Canva (optional)
- Staying updated with ongoing promotions and executing them
This role requires:
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Urdu required; basic English is a plus)
- A confident, punctual, and sales-oriented mindset
- Freshers are welcome – basic training will be provided
- Canva knowledge will be an added advantage
- Availability for 8-hour in-house shifts (exact timing will be shared during interview)
This position offers:
- Commission-Based – No fixed salary
- Bonuses or future permanent roles may be offered based on performance
