Ecommerce Sales Specialist

The role of an Ecommerce Sales Specialist is a dynamic position that requires a unique blend of sales skills and analytical expertise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving online sales operations on Amazon marketplace to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Key responsibilities include performing sales activities to maximize product visibility and sales performance, forecasting monthly sales based on past trends and competitive analysis, and implementing pricing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
In addition to these core duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting monthly performance metrics, collaborating with the supply chain team to ensure timely product availability, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Sales-oriented mindset with strong business acumen
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive business growth
- Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum 2+ years experience in ecommerce sales-related roles
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
This is a full-time onsite position with a market-competitive base salary and sales commission structure. The ideal candidate should be able to commute reliably to the office on a daily basis.
