We seek a seasoned expert in e-commerce development with extensive experience in customizing and enhancing the Shopify platform.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced custom themes and applications on Shopify
  • Optimize site performance, responsiveness, and accessibility through best practices and cutting-edge technologies
  • Implement Checkout Extensibility and other Shopify features to extend platform capabilities
  • Utilize version control systems like Git and Shopify CLI to manage codebase and deployment workflows
  • Bug fixing, debugging, and troubleshooting frontend and theme-related issues
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to bring UI/UX concepts to life
  • Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code for seamless operations
  • Integrate third-party Shopify apps and APIs to enhance platform functionality

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Shopify development
  • Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify APIs, themes, and app development
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and GitHub
  • Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Webpack and Babel
