We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our team in the Department of Zoology under a Higher Education Commission project titled "Effects of dietary chromium inclusion on carbohydrate digestibility (G/NG) in major carps at different protein levels". The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research on the effects of dietary chromium inclusion on carbohydrate digestibility in major carps.

About the Project:

The project aims to investigate the effects of dietary chromium inclusion on carbohydrate digestibility in major carps at different protein levels. The research will provide valuable insights into the nutritional requirements of major carps and contribute to the development of more efficient aquaculture practices.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in animal nutrition and a Ph.D. in the Department of Zoology or a related field. A good understanding of experimental design and statistical analysis is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and conducting experiments to investigate the effects of dietary chromium inclusion on carbohydrate digestibility in major carps
  • Collecting and analyzing data from the experiments
  • Drawing conclusions from the data and contributing to the development of more efficient aquaculture practices
