Agile Transformation Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to help us implement agile scrum methodologies across our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodology and frameworks, as well as excellent communication and coaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-performing teams in self-management and cross-functionality
- Drive focus on creating high-value increments
- Remove impediments to team progress
- Ensure successful Scrum events
- Help project managers define product goals and manage backlogs effectively
- Assist teams in understanding clear and concise product backlog items
- Empower product owners with empirical product planning
- Coach organizations in adopting Scrum methodologies
- Plan and advise Scrum implementations
- Teach employees and stakeholders to adopt an empirical approach
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferred Scrum Master certification
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
- Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks
- Foster collaboration in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in implementing agile scrum
