Lead HR Strategist

This position is responsible for developing and implementing the overall Human Resources (HR) strategy, leading an effective workforce planning and resourcing process, and providing support for training and development activities across the organization.
- The incumbent will be responsible for effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees. This includes creating job descriptions, advertising positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating employment offers.
- Maintaining a resourceful resume database to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conducting orientation sessions for new employees to facilitate their integration into the company culture and ensure a smooth transition to their roles.
- Designing and implementing Annual Compensation and Benefits Plans, including salary reviews, budget requests, and short-term bonuses.
- Developing and maintaining Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and support effective HR operations.
- Leading performance management systems, developing employee relations, and facilitating effective communication between management and staff.
- Establishing and maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Initiating quality improvement initiatives within HR and recommending promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.
- Providing general administrative support for HR functions, including creating and maintaining personnel files, employment verification, and organizational charts.
Education and Experience:
Master's Degree-level education or equivalent.
At least 5 years' experience in HR Compensation and Benefits is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in HR and Payroll ERP systems.
Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) creation and use of metrics.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Experience in Employee Cost Management/Budgeting and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
Candidates having experience in software houses will be given preference.
