Project Manager

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of construction projects, including interior design and space planning. This involves collaborating with architects to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Scheduling: Developing initial project timelines and ongoing monitoring to maintain efficiency.
  • Pre-Construction Analysis: Providing input on cost-effective solutions for design schemes and services such as HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems.
  • Site Administration and Coordination: Ensuring smooth site operations, contract management, and overall coordination during construction and interior fit-out.
  • Financial Management: Implementing financial control procedures to track cash flow, change orders, and escalation effects.
  • Contract Oversight: Managing retention and defects liability period effectively.
  • Development Coordination: Collaborating with architects and contractors for simultaneous fit-out work and civil works, including regular site inspections to monitor progress.
