We are seeking an experienced Lead Backend Software Developer to design and implement scalable, high-performance back-end systems using Python, Django Rest Framework (DRF), and relevant web technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop maintainable codebases with a focus on structure and efficiency.
  2. Leverage PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and retrieval, utilizing ORMs and database concepts.
  3. Optimize database queries, indexing, and structures for maximum application performance.
  4. Develop RESTful APIs for front-end interactions and data exchange.
  5. Implement data structures and algorithms for backend processes.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, focusing on back-end development.
  • Deep proficiency in Python, DRF, Django, and PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, ORMs, and database design concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Git version control.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.

Valued Skills:

  • Experience with 3rd Party API Integrations, emphasizing scalability, security, and error handling.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like VueJS, TypeScript, and MUI.
  • Familiarity with GCP cloud services for deployment, scaling, or data management.
  • Telephony experience is a plus.
