Growth Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a strategic and innovative marketing professional to lead our growth efforts.
This role will require a comprehensive understanding of technology solution sales, as well as the ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive growth.
Key responsibilities include analyzing customer insights and trends, developing and delivering detailed marketing plans, managing budgets and prioritizing initiatives, leading the execution of marketing programs and campaigns, creating engaging content, planning and launching email marketing campaigns, maintaining and developing our website and social presence, and supporting paid media campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management and decision-making skills, and a metrics-driven mindset with an eye for creativity.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or Master's degree in relevant field.
- Experience with MarTech or marketing automation platform is highly preferred.
- Proven experience within digital marketing technology environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
