We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales reports from shops, collecting cash and sales collections from shops, and ensuring timely payment of salaries and commissions to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take sales reports from shops daily.
  2. Collect cash and sales collections from shops.
  3. Enter sales, cash collections, and expenses of shops in software.
  4. Coordinate with shops and provide management reports as required.
  5. Close sales, expenses, cash receipts, and advances monthly.
  6. Prepare a final report to management for the preparation of Profit and Loss Account.
  7. Receive cash from shops.
  8. Collect sales collections from shops.
  9. Verify invoice numbers properly at the end of each month for all shops.
  10. Perform any other work within the defined scope.
  11. Make salaries and commission of employees, including shop managers and salesmen, according to company policy.
  12. Maintain physical files of shops.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage cash deposits to bank accounts from shops.
  • Direct reporting to the owner on cash and bank matters.
