About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies among employees. They will contribute to the development of compliance guidelines and policies, review commercial contracts to guarantee adherence to internal approval procedures and pricing terms, collaborate with clients and vendors to assess and adjust contract terms as necessary, deliver training sessions on compliance standards and procedures to international teams, conduct regular compliance monitoring activities and ad-hoc checks, participate in investigations into compliance incidents and internal disciplinary hearings, and provide support for daily compliance-related inquiries within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  2. Develop and implement compliance guidelines and policies.
  3. Review commercial contracts for adherence to internal procedures.
  4. Collaborate with clients and vendors to assess and adjust contract terms.
  5. Deliver training sessions on compliance standards and procedures.
  6. Conduct regular compliance monitoring activities and ad-hoc checks.
  7. Participate in investigations into compliance incidents and internal disciplinary hearings.
  8. Provide support for daily compliance-related inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business, or Economics.
  2. 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal operations.
  3. Familiarity with contract management, ISO certification, business process setup, or obtaining permission papers from state authorities is advantageous.
  4. Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently, depending on task requirements and company needs.
  6. Results-driven approach with the capability to independently find solutions for job-related matters.
  7. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
