Machine Learning Engineer

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end machine learning solutions from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Explore and experiment with different machine learning algorithms and techniques to improve model performance and accuracy.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines that can handle large volumes of data.
  • Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure their reliability and scalability.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of machine learning models to ensure their robustness and effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, etc., and proficiency in SQL and database management will be a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes will be a plus.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
