
Accounting Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day financial activities of our organization.
The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing accounting operations, including the preparation of sales orders and invoices, maintaining petty cash, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
A successful Accounting Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for timely delivery of finished goods, as per sales order, and the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Process sales orders and invoices
- Maintain petty cash records
- Ensure accurate inventory management
- Deliver finished goods on time
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
- Bachelor's degree in B.B.A or B.Com
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Experience using Tally ERP software (desirable)
