Job Title: Search Engine Optimisation Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a well-established business and marketing team.

You will be responsible for implementing the SEO strategy across multiple websites, ensuring that our online presence is maximised. To achieve this, you will need to be well-organised and hardworking with a proactive attitude to work.

This is a fast-paced role in a team environment, so you must be able to manage multiple projects at any one time, prioritise your workload, and meet required deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
  2. Perform regular site crawls to understand site structure and identify technical issues hindering performance.
  3. Conduct thorough keyword research to inform content creation and optimisation.
  4. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
  5. Build relationships with bloggers and influencers to secure high-quality backlinks.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an SEO-based role, with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and algorithmic changes.
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics and proficiency in tools such as Majestic, Moz, or similar software.
  • The ability to produce regular reports to show performance and actionable insights.
  • Excellent written English skills to create engaging content for various channels.
  • Strong link building and management skills, with the ability to report on activity and contribute to A/B testing.
