About This Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for supporting the operations of our organization by effectively supervising staff, planning and organizing administrative systems, and implementing processes to drive results.

Maintaining a high-performing administrative team is crucial to achieving success in this role. This involves recruiting, selecting, training, and developing employees; fostering a safe and secure work environment; and providing opportunities for personal growth and development.

To achieve financial objectives, the successful candidate must anticipate organizational needs, prepare and submit information for budget planning, schedule expenditures, monitor costs, and analyze variances.

Staff empowerment is critical to driving results in this role. Clearly communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, and evaluate job performance, coach and counsel employees, and enforce policies and procedures.

The ability to ensure effective communication systems is essential, including identifying needs, evaluating options, maintaining equipment, and approving invoices.

In addition, purchasing printed materials and forms by determining requirements, negotiating price, quality, and delivery, and approving invoices is also a key responsibility.

Special projects require organizing and coordinating information and resources, planning and meeting schedules, and monitoring results.

H Historical reference is provided through developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.

Finally, improving program and service quality is achieved by devising new applications, updating procedures, and evaluating system results with users.
