We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Call Centre Team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for internal training, shift administration, and serving as a liaison between call centre agents and higher management.

This role requires strong experience in call centre operations and project management, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Call Centre Team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for team members
  • Ensure smooth shift administration and coordinate with team members and management
  • Serve as a liaison between call centre agents and higher management, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns
