We are seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives (Cold Callers) to join our team for a USA-based solar campaign.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cold Calling: Reach out to homeowners across the USA to promote solar energy solutions.
  2. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers who can benefit from solar energy.
  3. Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations with interested homeowners for our solar specialists.
  4. Follow-Ups: Re-engage with warm leads and nurture potential customers.
  5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the system.
  6. Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the benefits of switching to solar, including cost savings and incentives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales (preferably in solar or energy solutions).
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with a persuasive and engaging approach.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using dialers, CRMs, and communication tools.
  • Availability: Must be able to work during USA business hours.
  • Reliable Internet & Equipment: Must have a good internet connection, a headset, and a laptop/computer.
