Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analytical skills and quality assurance processes, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating test plans, maintaining documentation, and performing testing across multiple devices, platforms, and browsers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create test plans, maintain documentation, and perform testing across multiple devices, platforms, and browsers.
  • Establish software quality standards throughout the development lifecycle, including documentation, testing, and maintenance processes.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automation test scripts.
  • Develop QA work products such as Test Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Test Cases, Metrics, and Risk and Priority-based testing analyses.
  • Create CI/CD test pipelines to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Integrate testing processes within continuous integration workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in analytical skills and quality assurance processes.
  • 2-3 years of proven quality control experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and testing frameworks is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
