Translation Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled translation specialist to take on the responsibility of translating internal company and customer-related documents, information, website content, and more from English into Chinese.

Main Responsibilities
  • Translate a wide range of documents, including marketing materials, product descriptions, and company reports, from English into Chinese.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure translations meet established standards and style guidelines.
  • Review and proofread translated content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide interpretation services to support meetings and client interactions.
  • Maintain and update the terminology database and translation memory.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in linguistics, translation, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Chinese translation, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, with a deep understanding of cultural differences.
  • Proficiency in using translation software and office applications like Microsoft Office.
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills, with a meticulous and serious work attitude.
