Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Primary School Principal to lead our educational institution in Zahoorabad. As a leader in educational institutions, you will be responsible for promoting high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching. Your key areas of focus will include:

• Implementing effective instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Developing and implementing school improvement plans to increase student achievement.
• Providing coaching and mentoring to teachers to enhance their instructional practices.
• Managing school resources effectively to ensure optimal use of facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation of school-wide initiatives to improve student learning outcomes.
2. Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement curriculum-aligned instruction.
3. Provide guidance and support to teachers to enhance their instructional practices.
4. Manage school finances effectively to ensure optimal use of resources.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of improving academic performance and enhancing student outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
