About the Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time hybrid basis. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities, communicating with clients, and negotiating deals.

You will work closely with the technical team to provide accurate project estimations and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and establish a loyal customer base.

  1. You will be responsible for bidding on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork to acquire international clients.
  2. You will identify and engage with potential clients to generate business opportunities.
  3. You will communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and expectations.
  4. You will negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring profitable terms for the company.
  5. You will coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate project estimations.
  6. You will ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and maintain strong client relationships.
  7. You will hand over secured projects to the Project Manager for execution.
  8. You will follow up with clients on project progress and address any concerns.
  9. You will manage payment collection from clients to the company account.
  10. You will maintain records of deals, bids, and client communications for reporting purposes.
  11. You will research market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
  12. You will create and maintain proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  13. You will build relationships with existing clients for upselling and repeat business.
  14. You will assist in branding and marketing strategies to improve outreach.
  15. You will coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing and payment tracking.
  16. You will attend online networking events and business conferences to expand the client base.
Responsibilities
