Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and expanding our client base.

The role involves market research, sales strategy implementation, and building robust client relationships. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in business development and a passion for achieving targets.

About the Role

The Business Development Expert will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business via online platforms, expanding our client base, driving business growth, and presenting our products and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Leading negotiations and securing contracts that align with company goals and client requirements.
  • Creating and executing effective sales strategies, generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in sales strategy, market research, CRM software, negotiation, and networking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
