We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Lead Conversion Specialist to drive successful lead conversion for our innovative Retrofit Kit solution. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in nurturing leads on WhatsApp, effectively convincing them and presenting our superior transportation solution.
Responsibilities- Monitor incoming leads on WhatsApp and promptly respond to inquiries and messages from potential customers.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations, understanding their pain points, preferences, and transportation needs.
- Presents the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our Retrofit Kit, demonstrating how it can address their specific requirements.
- Crafts persuasive messages and pitches to guide leads toward making informed decisions.
- Provides accurate and detailed product information, ensuring a clear understanding of the Retrofit Kit's capabilities.
- Addresses potential concerns and objections in a professional and reassuring manner.
- Nurtures leads over time, building rapport and trust through consistent communication.
- Collaborates with the sales team to tailor solutions based on individual lead profiles.
- Maintains clear and organized records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Achieves lead conversion targets, contributing to the overall sales success of the company.
