About the Job
  • As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize our sales channels, enhance customer experiences, and increase online sales.
  • Responsibilities include managing key eCommerce accounts, developing strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and customer retention, and building relationships with online marketplaces.

You'll work closely with marketing and creative teams to create compelling product listings and visuals, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.

Job Specifications
  • Candidate must have at least 2 year's hands-on experience of EBAY, Amazon, and Marketplace etc.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
