Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Establish and enforce quality standards, taking into account industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of key performance indicators.
- Analyze and resolve technical and quality-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and adopted company standards.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in textiles or a related field (B.Tech/BA) or equivalent diploma qualification.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the garment industry, with expertise in quality control processes.
- Strong knowledge of product development, knitting, and confectioning processes.
- Familiarity with textile manufacturing processes and their implications on product quality.
About This Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our team’s efforts to deliver high-quality products. The successful candidate will lead the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, collaborate with colleagues to address quality-related issues, and support ongoing improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Implement effective quality management systems, adhering to relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain detailed procedures for quality testing, monitoring, and record-keeping.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality expectations.
Required Qualifications:
