Information Systems Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems to support administrative processes at the university.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Collaborate with department heads and end-users to identify requirements, configure system modules, and streamline business processes.
  3. Design, implement, and maintain the university's networking infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security protocols.
  4. Manage server infrastructure, ensuring reliability, availability, and data protection.
  5. Develop strategic plans, budgets, and roadmaps aligned with institutional goals and priorities.
  6. Research emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a higher education environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in ERP systems, networking infrastructure, and system administration.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and networking technologies.
