Web Application Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Web Application Developer to contribute to our Technology team.

This is an office-based full-time position from 9am to 5 pm, Monday through Saturday.

A web developer plays a vital role in designing, building, and maintaining websites and web applications.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and Development:
  • Create responsive websites and web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Implement user interface components and interactions based on design mockups and wireframes.
  • Utilize front-end frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap, React, or Vue.js to streamline development processes.
  • Back-End Logic:
  • Develop server-side logic and database structures using back-end frameworks and technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Data Security:
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data security and user privacy.
  • Databases and Performance:
  • Design and maintain databases to store and retrieve website content, user information, and application data.
  • Optimize database queries and indexes for improved performance and scalability.
  • Perform database backups, migrations, and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough testing of web applications to identify and resolve bugs, errors, and compatibility issues.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks and unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to verify software functionality and usability.
  • Deployment and Version Control:
  • Use version control systems such as Git to manage code repositories and track changes over time.
  • Deploy web applications to production servers or cloud platforms using automated deployment tools like Jenkins or Docker.
