We are looking for an accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our development team. This role requires a deep understanding of full stack development principles, with expertise in Python and Laravel frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and best practices.
  2. API Design and Implementation: Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs for microservices architecture.
  3. Code Review and Refactoring: Conduct thorough code reviews and assist in code refactoring to enhance performance and scalability.
  4. Deployment and CI/CD Pipelines: Manage deployment and CI/CD pipelines on AWS, VPS, Nginx, and Apache.
  5. Feature Delivery: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to define and deliver high-impact features.
  6. Architectural Decisions: Drive architectural decisions for backend systems and frontend interfaces.
  7. Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, including database queries, caching, and load times.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of full stack development experience with Django (Python) and Laravel (PHP).
  • Proficiency in React.js or Next.js for frontend development.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Nginx, and Apache.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with multi-tenancy SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration experience.
