Talent Development Professional

We are looking for a talented HR professional to join our team and help us achieve our goals through strategic HR planning and implementation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations. They will be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve our work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement HR initiatives to drive business results.
- Develop and maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Counsel employees and managers on company policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions and posting ads.
- Support performance management processes, including disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Proven experience as an HR officer or administrator.
- Knowledge of HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, and training and development.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, social studies, or relevant field; further training is a plus.
- HR Credentials, such as PHR from the HR Certification Institute.
