Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist our clients in addressing accounting and financial reporting challenges. As a Senior Manager, you will be part of a team that provides expert services to accelerate analytics decision-making and innovation.

The opportunity involves assisting clients to address the accounting and financial reporting challenges facing their business. You will work with diverse teams to provide insight and services that build a stronger and more efficient finance function.

The role requires:

  • Performing review and analysis to identify improvement opportunities related to finance processes automation financial reporting controls and governance.
  • Leveraging analytical or digital techniques to perform analysis to drive value and provide meaningful business information effectively.
  • Assessing the requirements of accounting standards the corresponding change impact and implementation considerations for clients.
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of project delivery as well as business development related activities including proposal development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Relevant and valid professional qualification such as CA ACCA or equivalent.
  • At least 3-7 years experience within a Big 4 environment with significant experience with Banks and other financial service sector clients.
  • In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS and their application in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in addressing complex accounting issues and develop accounting papers including revenue recognition financial instruments and compliance with IFRS standards.
