HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and recruitment efforts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first experience.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in the HRIS.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, communicating policies to staff and ensuring legal and company compliance.
  • Supporting benefits enrollment, handling employee inquiries, and collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth benefits administration.
  • Assisting managers with performance reviews, improvement plans, and employee relations issues.
  • Preparing and analyzing HR metrics reports, such as headcount, turnover, and engagement.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
