Mid-Senior Level Full Stack Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, Python, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and play the dual role of a Team Lead, guiding junior developers and collaborating across departments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of AI-powered features, including the integration of Generative AI models.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, particularly in the GenAI space, and bring innovative solutions to the table.
  • Translate complex problems into technical solutions while maintaining high standards for performance and usability.
  • Lead agile/scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Redux, or similar frontend libraries.
  • Proficiency in Python, preferably with Django or FastAPI.
  • Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, OpenAI APIs, LangChain).
  • Hands-on experience in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and CI/CD tools.
  • Prior experience in leading development teams and managing project lifecycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
