Centre Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our centre. This role will involve supervising the Education Team and Facilities Administrator to ensure the success of our programmes.

  • Programme Development: Filter all current and future programmes through the lens of our centre mission statement, and work with the Education Team to collect, consolidate, redevelop and/or create lesson plans for all programmes.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison/spokesperson for the Education Team by reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Job Specifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A preferred degree in Science, Education or a similar field.
  • A friendly, energetic and welcoming nature.
  • A working knowledge of current education trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaborate and contribute as an integral part of a small team.
