Job Overview

The Assistant Customer Service Manager role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the service workshop, ensuring quality delivery and effective staff supervision.

This includes addressing customer complaints promptly and delegating resolution tasks to team members, ensuring proper documentation and taking corrective actions if necessary.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining long-term resolutions for customer issues, developing strong relationships with dealers and franchise partners, and ensuring employees adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Additionally, this role involves managing warranty claims, operational costs, revenue generation, and quality improvement initiatives. The Assistant Customer Service Manager will supervise cash collections, ensure reconciliation, and oversee timely bank deposits. They will also implement and enforce policies and procedures issued by upper management and guide team members to meet performance targets and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities
