Web Development Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled Web Development Specialist to develop and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites, ensuring they meet client requirements and function smoothly.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing responsive and adaptive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Strong proficiency in customization of themes and plugins is required to enhance website functionality.
  • Integration and configuration of third-party plugins and APIs are necessary to ensure seamless performance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to web development are essential skills for this role.
  • Collaboration with design and content teams is crucial to understand and implement website requirements effectively.
  • Ensuring the security and performance of websites through regular maintenance and updates is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement high-quality web applications that meet client expectations.
  2. Customize themes and plugins to enhance user experience.
  3. Integrate and configure third-party plugins and APIs as needed.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web development.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in web development using WordPress and/or Shopify.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
