Job Description:

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Monitor digital analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Manage communication during crises to minimize reputational damage.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Regularly assess and report on the performance of campaigns and strategies.
  • Integrate new and effective approaches into the organization's strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback through various channels.
