
Revenue Development Manager

Job Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and implementation of sales strategies. This includes leading the sales team, collaborating with marketing and consulting teams, and maintaining visibility of market competition.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales strategy, tactics, and sales plans to attain targets for the practice
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue growth and profitability
- Collaborate with marketing, consulting, and finance teams to ensure aggressive growth for the organization
- Participate in formulating sales and business strategies with other stakeholders in the organization
- Maintain visibility of market competition and negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements to maintain a competitive edge
- Own company CRM to ensure all customer interaction is maintained in the system
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences
Key Qualifications:
- Overall 5+ years relevant experience, with a knack for aggressive growth
- Proven sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills - experience with international customers (US/Europe)
- The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication and 'people skills'
