About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Chatpandas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Engage with customers in a prompt and courteous manner, addressing their questions and concerns regarding our products and services.
  2. Provide Product and Service Information: Share detailed knowledge of our offerings to empower customers with informed decisions.
  3. Resolve Customer Complaints and Issues: Approach customer issues with empathy and patience, working to resolve problems efficiently.
  4. Identify and Resolve Problems: Proactively identify potential customer concerns and take corrective action to prevent issues from arising.
  5. Elevate Complex Matters: When necessary, escalate complex matters to the appropriate department for resolution.
  6. Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate and reliable information.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. Onsite Presence: This is an onsite job; applicants must have a stable computer, internet connection, and audio equipment.
  2. Work Schedule: Commit to an 8-hour daily schedule, six days a week, including night shifts.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Two years of experience in customer service or a related field is essential.
