BridgeWay Solution is a recruitment and payroll management company that connects Pakistani talent with overseas startups and agencies. We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This fully remote role offers exciting opportunities for career growth and enables you to make a significant impact on our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients through web searches and LinkedIn.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media outreach.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to align efforts and contribute to business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics adapting strategies to meet targets.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with strong client engagement and deal closure ability.
- Prior experience in selling recruitment or payroll services to international clients is preferred.
- Strong background in cold calling and prospecting new leads.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment managing KPIs.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and ability to meet sales targets.
