Your Key Responsibilities
As a Global Process Owner at Teradata, you will lead key programs to drive improved sales, efficient processes, and achieve long-term goals. These processes may include opportunity management, CPQ management, ordering/contracting, and other critical initiatives.

  1. Promote collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and execute large-scale projects end-to-end.
  2. Provide project management leadership and drive process changes for complex initiatives.
  3. Establish key metrics/KPls to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. Maintain process definitions and collaborate with enablement teams to drive adoption in the field.
  5. Develop communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure process adherence.
Who You'll Work With
This role reports to the VP - Global Sales Operations and requires working closely with various stakeholders across Field Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, Finance, and others.

Your Qualifications
We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree, preferably MBA; 3+ years of experience in tech enablement and process definition, and a background in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or top consulting firms. One or more certifications like Six Sigma / Lean / PROSCI change management are desirable.
