Job Opportunity: HR Systems Trainee

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Systems Trainee. This role will support the operational efficiency of our human resource information systems (HRIS) and data management processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of HRIS, ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy.
  • Provide backup support in managing and updating HR systems, focusing on data entry, validation, and audits.
  • Support reporting and analysis tasks using HRMS, utilizing data analytical skills to inform business decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues in collaboration with the HR Team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy throughout all processes.
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives, driving continuous growth and excellence.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Information Technology).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics, or similar fields.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems or databases is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, data analytical skills, stress management, and time management abilities.
  • Confidence in influencing and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly spreadsheet skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
